do other people do this crap?

i sang a little song to myself while i was finishing my lunch.
maybe later i will record a stunning rendition as an excuse to play with the voice recording features on my mp3 player, which i’ve been trying to get myself to use more recently.
in case i don’t get around to it, it went something like:
“num num nuuuummm, num num nuuuum, num num nuuuuum, num num nuuuuum.
num num nuuuummm, num num nuuuum, num num num num num num num.”

26 years, 8 months, and 20 days went into that one.
oh yeah.

If it was going to have lyrics, what would they be? Or is ‘num’ a technical term? At any rate, sounds kickass!

heck yes. Well. I sing along to my music – but I would never record myself because when I hear how low my voice actually is – it’s kind of shocking.

‘num’ is equivalent to ‘yum’ in childsongspeak, which is the official language of a sizable number of my spontaneous compositions.
for a more perfect recorded example of this language than i could ever hope to attain, listen to the song that boo sings to herself while she’s on the toilet in monsters, inc.
i cannot conceive of how they possibly scripted that.

in this case, i had eaten an egg salad sandwich, and was finishing the last of my grapes and cheetos, and those things made me happy.

    Cheetos make everybody happy.
